As of July 14th, 2019 I am no longer working. Yep, I retired from the company that I worked for 22 years. I have worked in the printing industry for total of 53 years. After taking printing in school I started working at web print shop and then for a company rebuilding and installing printing equipment and then back to running press for a total of 21 years. In 1987 I moved to Sacramento where I worked for a company for 10 years that rebuilt / installed large press. I’ve got to travel installing large press all over the country and seen different places. Then for the next 22 years I worked for a printing corporation doing in-house repair on their own equipment.
After announcing my retirement, people said I should travel or take up a hobby. NOPE. I plan on taking it easy, enjoy life with my loving wife.
